Lily's Characters :33 Empty *Timelines Collide*

Mensaje  Lily07 Miér Oct 19, 2016 3:51 am

Name: Emily -Emmy- Johnson
Age: 19
Powers: Psychic Weapons and Objects (ability to create objects and weapons with her mind)
Weaknesses: She can only summon small and medium sized objects, and the larger they are, the more concentrated she has to be. Besides, she can't create more than one object at the same time. She can't maintain the objects for long, and it quickly drains her energy if she tries to.

Bio: Emmy used to have a sort-of normal life. She had friends, a nice family, and even a dog.
After finishing high school, and because of her amazing grades, she had been offered a grant to study at a well known college, which she of course took.
She had had to move out of her parents house, and travel to the city the college was located in.
There, she started studying Theoretical Physics, and was one of the best students there. With a very curious personality, and a strong will and avid mind, she always thought there was nothing she couldn't do.

But things quickly changed for her, all because of a guided visit to a research center.
Her college had prepared a special field trip of some sorts. They were going to an impressive laboratory and investigation center, or so they had been told. There wasn't much information about it, mostly because they claimed it to be a surprise.
Emmy, curious as she was, didn't hesitate, and enlisted herself to go.
It was a small group of students, and they had only allowed the ones with the best grades to go. Emmy thought it was because they were going to be allowed to use some of the equipment, maybe just to see how it worked.

Well, she had been terribly wrong.
They had gathered outside the campus really early in the morning. None of the students had had time to have breakfast.
On the bus, they gave them all a bottle of water and a sandwich. They said they had a long day ahead, and that they advised them to eat and drink what they had given them as soon as possible, so they could have enough energy for what was ahead.
And of course, no one doubted that, so they all ate and drank.
It just took them all a couple of minutes to fall asleep.

And that was the last time Emmy had seen the outside world.

Months had passed, and Emmy had no idea what had happened to the other people that were with her on the bus.
All she knew was that she was in hell.
The first weeks had been the worst. She had yelled, screamed, cried, and even tried to negotiate with her kidnappers, to no avail. All she knew was that they were doing something to her, experimenting, testing, trying to achieve something she couldn't understand.
The needles hurt, and so did the electric shocks. The weird substances they kept putting inside of her varied all the time. And when they weren't doing something to her body, they played tricks with her mind, stimulating her brain to make her see and feel the things they wanted to.
Most of the time she couldn't even struggle, because of the heavy drugs they gave her. But it wasn't like she could have done much anyways.
Soon she decided to just disconnect her brain, trying to keep her sanity.
It had to stop, right? They had to stop. Soon they'd get what they were looking for, and they would leave her alone... right?

Well, she was kind of right.
They did get what they wanted. But they didn't leave her alone.
She was still trapped in there, and she had to do what they told her to. Most of the time she just stayed in her "room", even if it didn't even resemble one. She had to eat what they gave her, and go where they told her. And she was always too exhausted to try to fight.

But she found out what they were trying to do. They had made her a monster.
They ran tests and trained her, so to speak, to be able to use her powers. Of course, they had everything under control, so she could never use them against them. And she didn't want to, anyways. She didn't want to use them at all. What kind of thing was she, now? how could she do all that, creating things out of thin air? and make them banish with just a thought?
it contradicted everything she had studied.

But she had more important things to worry about. She was still trapped. Still alone. And she knew soon her captors would find a way to have control over her, just like she could control her creations.
And she didn't like the implications of that.

Lily's Characters :33 Empty BROKEN [YJ/TT RPG -BFFs Only]

Mensaje  Lily07 Miér Oct 19, 2016 3:53 am

Name: Sam -Sammy- Lockwood
Alias: Thorn
Hero/Villain: Struggling to be a hero.
Age: 17
Powers: Controls plants with her mind (like Poison ivy :3)
Bio: Sammy, age 16, was one of the few survivors in the small city she lived in.
Her parents, siblings, friends, neighbors... everybody she knew had died because of the radiation.
After it became obvious that the city wasn't safe for anyone, a military bus went there to get all the survivors, to take them to Metropolis, one of the few safe cities in the USA. They had sent some soldiers to make sure no one got hurt.
Unfortunately, during the trip, there was a little... incident. One of the survivors started shouting, yelling at everybody. Suddenly, he took one of the soldier's guns and started shooting.
The bus crashed. People were hurt, or dead.
Sam barely managed to get out of there alive.
Soon, a few helicopters and an ambulance arrived. They took most of them. But Sam and a few more people were left behind, because they were "fine", according to the soldiers.
Sam remembers feeling angry at them, but she understood now. They couldn't risk the injured, nor the soldiers, with possible threats like them.
The small group that was left behind decided to head to the nearest city: Gotham.
Not the safest place, but definitely better than being stranded on the highway.

And that's where Sam lived the next year. They had special houses for the refugees. They were small, ugly, smelly, and not very safe. But hey, it was something.
Getting food was hard, but not impossible. The problem were the Crazies. They attacked out of nowhere. They were really hard to track. And it was impossible to know if anyone you knew could become one any day. That made everybody extremely paranoiac, and wary of others.

Losing her parents wasn't as hard as most people would've imagined. They had said goodbye to her, they had died peacefully on their beds, and they had all said how much they loved each other.
Being trapped in Gotham, scared for her life, wasn't that hard either. She could adapt. She might have not been too brave or tough, but in a situation like that, everybody had to behave like a survivor.

No, what WAS hard, was discovering her powers.
A few months after arriving to Gotham, she had noticed something weird. All the plants around her small house had started growing faster than normal, which it was really weird considering the lack of rain they had had.
Having nothing better to do, she had spent a lot of time examining the plants. She sat outside, and stared at them as they slowly grew. She started measuring them, trying to see how much they grew every day.
It didn't take her long to notice that they only grew when she was around. After all, their height only changed when she was observing.
And that was just the beginning.

A month later, she was locked inside her room. She hadn't left for two days, not even to get food. What had happened was that, just trying to see what happened, out of sheer curiosity, had talked to one of the plants. She had only said "Hi", but she freaked out when the plant replied. Kinda.
She 'felt' the answer. She could almost imagine the plant's voice inside her brain, somehow.
After that, the plant had quickly grown, wrapping itself around Sam's leg.
Of course, she didn't react well.
She started screaming, ran inside her house, and locked herself.

She had heard about the Freaks. Those who had been able to do amazing things after the bombs. They had developed powers and such. And many of them had started to go crazy.
Was she one of those Freaks? Well, the answer seemed obvious now.
Was she going to go crazy as well?

Things didn't get better when her hair started to change color. It became green, and even some leaves started growing on it.

And from that moment on, she was constantly scared. She couldn't let anyone know about her newly found powers. She couldn't trust anyone, not even herself.
And in a world so crazy, not trusting yourself was the worst thing that could happen.
She was completely alone, in a world that was against her in every single way possible.

Mensaje  Lily07 Miér Oct 19, 2016 3:54 am

Name: Mary d'Arc
Age: 15
Bio: As her surname can tell, Mary's family has a great tradition behind it. Starting with Jeanne d'Arc, all the generations after her had been heroes in one way or another. Now her family was bigger than back then, and Mary had lots of second cousins and uncles and aunts who were policemen, or firefighters, or soldiers, etc.
But she never understood how she was supposed to be one as well. She didn't like any of those careers. She actually wanted to be a veterinarian, which her family didn't think was a good idea. Too unimportant, they said.
She felt confused and frustrated. That was, until she turned 15, and as it was tradition, her mother gave her an old relique that was part of her family's heritage: a really old bracelet.

Of course Mary couldn't have imagined the secret behind it. And it seemed no one in her family knew, either.
So she was shocked when she saw the kwami fly out of it once she was alone in her room.

And from that day forward, her life changed completely. Suddenly, she found herself being the hero her family had always wanted her to be, yet no one could know about that. This secret made her be slightly more reserved about her life, with everybody. But it also made her feel more relaxed when she wasn't being a hero, finally having found a way to save and help people while doing what she loved.

Lily's Characters :33 Empty ☠Heathens [A DC Villains RP]☠

Mensaje  Lily07 Miér Oct 19, 2016 3:56 am

Name: May Kyle
Villain Name: Catgirl
Age: 18
Bio: Raised by her mother, Selina Kyle, in the poor parts of Gotham, May grew up in an awful place, surrounded by criminals, gangsters, and crazy people.
But she never really minded this. Her mother had taught her how to deal with this unfair, dark world, and she had learnt pretty well.
Despite having no father, and not really knowing who he was, May never felt alone. She had her mom, who loved her a lot, and for her, that was more than enough. Besides, her mother claimed not to know who her father was, although May isn't completely sure about this.
And just like one would think, even at an early age, she started developing some habits and skills that made her mother really proud. She could easily pickpocket people at the age of 6; she started climbing buildings at the age of 10, and by the time she turned 15, she had already robbed two museums without anyone ever seeing her.
Needless to say, her mother was proud. She had been a great teacher, and her daughter an amazing student.
Soon, she started going with her to her little "night escapades", helping her with her business.
But every bird needs to leave the nest at some point, and the same applied to little May.
At the age of 18, she decided she wanted to have her own apartment, and with the money she had saved, and the approval of her mother, she left her home.
Now, May is a fully independent teenager. She now goes on her own missions all by herself, and even fights the masked heroes of the city. Her mother sometimes wonders if she let her go a bit too soon, but May doesn't think so. She wants to prove her that she can do anything she wants.
Personality: Because of her high confidence, May has a habit of being cocky even during the worst moments. She likes to think that she can do whatever she wants, and doesn't give up easily. During her civilian life, she's exactly the same, although she tries to calm down a bit so as not to draw too much attention towards herself.
Due to her flirty personality, she has found herself surrounded by boys all the time, but she usually doesn't really care about them at all. She just likes to flirt, but unless she has a particular interest in someone, that's as far as she would go.
Unless it could give her a benefit of some kind...
Or unless it's one of her enemies, in which case, she loves to flirt just because she can.
Aside from this, she is very perceptive, and has great problem-solving skills, even better than her mothers, as well as great agility.
Her main problems are her lack of patience and her overconfidence.

Lily's Characters :33 Empty Young Justice - don't call them sidekicks

Mensaje  Lily07 Miér Oct 19, 2016 3:59 am

Name: Kim Strider

Alias: Whisper

Age: 17

Bio: Kim doesn't really know where she's from, or who her parents are. All she has ever known was the League of Shadows, who she had been raised by and trained. Their ideals were her ideals, and she did everything she was told to without hesitation. Soon, she became one of Ra's al Ghul best students.
When she turned 12 she was sent to her first mission, and since then she had been doing undercover work for the Shadows.
After the appearance of the Young Justice Team, Kim was sent to Happy Harbor to live and study at Happy Harbor High School, as her instructions were to call the Justice League's attention by acting like a hero, and eventually join the team.
This plan was soon a success, and she was accepted as a member of the team of teenagers. She now had to learn about them, from inside, and report everything to the Shadows. That way she would learn their identities, their weaknesses, and their techniques, so that they could destroy them easily.
But what she didn't expect was that she would make friends there. With the Shadows, no one was really friends with anyone, so she had never known how it was to have real friends.
In the end, she started to hesitate. She kept sending messages to the League of Shadows, but she doubted if this was right or not. After all, for the first time she felt like she was being treated like she was just like the rest, and not less, like she was part of a team and not just one member alone.
What also didn't help her to decide what to do was her growing interest and affection towards Conner Kent, who was not only her teammate but also his classmate.
Personality: when she was new in the team, she was really quiet and shy, avoiding the team as much as she could. But as she started to feel more comfortable, she began to show her quite violent and a bit naughty personality, yet still trying to hide her origins by being secretive when it came to her past.

Powers/abilities/gear/skills/weapons: Martial arts, surviving skills, and uses a katana.

Lily's Characters :33 Empty Young Justice~Do I know you? (BFFs ºwº)

Mensaje  Lily07 Miér Oct 19, 2016 4:02 am

Name: Alexandra -Alex- White
Alias: Shadow
Age: 15
Power: Invisibility
Bio: Alex thinks she's always had bad luck. For example, when she was born, her parents thought someone had kidnapped her, because they didn't know she was right there, where they had left her. Only they couldn't see her.
The nurse who found her some time later adopted her, after her parents "abandoned'' her, believing her gone. The police never found her, because the nurse that had taken her didn't know what had happened, so she never gave her to them.
Alex was raised by her and thought herself her daughter, until she turned 10. The day after her birthday, her "mother" told her the truth. Alex took it well, though, because, for her, she was her true mother.
After years of hard work, Alex got accepted in Gotham Academy, an expensive school at Gotham City. There, she met her friends and finally found a place where she felt comfortable. At least, most of the time.
What she liked the most about that place was her best friend, **** Grayson. He was the first one who had talked to her when she first arrived, and he was the reason she felt good in that school: he made her feel that way. And he didn't know, but she felt something special for him, that had only grown after the years.
Through the years, she learnt how to use her invisibility power, one that she had always known she had. And when she was 13 she found out about this team of young heroes that was presented to the world after saving it. Or so she had heard.
Two years passed before she decided to join. It was tough, but in the end she made it in.
Now, Alex wants to start her training, so she can go with the team to her first mission. And she's glad she's not the only new member of the team.

Lily's Characters :33 Empty ❤Young Justice: Return❤

Mensaje  Lily07 Mar Nov 22, 2016 3:10 am

Name: Callie Allen

Alias: Bolt

Age: 15

Powers: Super Speed

Bio: As the daughter or Barry Allen and Iris West, it was to be expected that she would end up being a super heroine.
Born with the same powers as her dad, Callie never got to be a normal kid. As soon as she learnt how to walk she was already running around the house at impossible speed.
Her father, of course, was always right behind her, stopping her from making a mess, or fixing everything if he couldn't get to her in time.

Callie had to learn to act normal since she was little. It was hard for her parents to teach her she had to keep her powers hidden, that other kids weren't like her, that she was special. But as any child, at first she didn't obey. Plenty of times her parents had had to change her to different schools, arrange things so that no one would suspect about her, and even convincing people that they hadn't really seen Callie running at the speed of sound.

It was hard for them, but in the end everything worked out. Callie grew to be more responsible, and when this finally happened, her father decided to tell her about his superhero job. That way she could understand why it was so important that she kept her powers a secret, and his as well.

Of course this caused the young girl to want to join her father. Nothing could be better than helping her daddy save the world!

At first Barry refused. He didn't want her to risk her life, and he knew how dangerous that job could be.
But Callie insisted... and insisted, and insisted. Just like her parents, she wasn't one to give up easily when she was determined to do something.
Finally, fearing that if he didn't agree she'd end up doing it anyways, the Flash accepted, deciding to train her so that she would become a hero just like him.

When this happened, Callie got to know a whole new part of her dad's life that she had never known before.
She met some of the other Leaguers, and Batgirl, who soon became a really close friend of hers. It was nice to have another young heroine she could talk to about this!

And some years later, when she was 15, something amazing finally happened. The Team was formed!
Sure, she would've liked to have joined the League, but she couldn't be happier in that moment. The team was great, she had now lots of new friends, and they could all work together to be heroes and save the world!

Personality: Just like her dad, she's pretty smart. She has great grades in her science class, and she loves it! And her problem solving skills aren't that bad either. And just like her mom, she's curious and doesn't give up easily.
She's also really confident, and usually likes to take things easy and with some humor. Even if that gets her into trouble, she usually says what's on her mind.

Sometimes she can be a bit too cocky, or it can be hard for her to take things seriously, but when the moment calls for it, she can leave her silliness behind to focus on the matter at hand.
