"Heck yeah, I wanna go first!" Ariel grinned, getting into what she thought was a fighting stance.

Shadow chuckled and walked up behind her niece. "Try to keep your arms and hands tighter above your chest-area, from there, you can block out almost any attack," She said, correcting her arms a bit.

John coughed. "Loser" and chuckled. "Augh!" He rubbed his arm after Aiden elbowed him.

"Be nice!" Aiden whispered, glaring at him.

Ariel smiled at her aunt. "Okay! Thanks! Come at me, Aunt Jaine!"

Shadow grinned before taking a fighting stance before comming at her with a forward kick, followed by a roundhouse one.

Ariel gasped and ducked before trying to grab her aunt's leg, but got hit back a bit by it, skidding along the floor. "Ow...."

"Ariel!" Hydro ran over to her daughter, helping her up. "You okay? You did great!"

Shadow chuckled a bit. "That was a basic movement, but you handled the situation correctly. You just need to built those muscles us," She told her niece.

"Okay," Ariel said, nodding, rubbing her side where the kick hit her. Yeah, she knew she was still young and not very strong, so she definitely needed to bulk up a bit if she wanted to be on the same level as her brothers and cousins.

Shadow smiled before turning to the others. "So,.. who wanna try out next?"

"Allow me to demonstrate," Maddie said, confident as she stepped onto the plattform.

"We already know how to fall, sis," Nathan teased her, causing Maddie to give him a glare.
