The site looks... weird?

The top of the site looks like this everytime.

I can't go to homepage, games etc.
When I change my country VPN, it looks normal. I can go to homepage and other pages.
What can I do?

I can't open Web Avatar thing, too.

Your internet is probably too slow. It happens to me when mine is not good either. The website tries to load but it takes more than 10 seconds so he stops.

Weird... you are the only one who seems to have this problem... did you tried in another browser?

Yes, I tried. It's still the same.

Like I said before, it gets better when I connect with ZenMate and change my country VPN.
