"Yeah, of course," Emi promised. "Why are you asking about this?" She asked.


"Let's just say I see it as a benefit for me. As a tutor," Deathstroke said. (so sorry i forgott to reply for him! *-*)

"Gotham City isn't really the "earthquake city" of the world. It's not even positioned under any major tectonic plates. A sudden freak land slide outside of the city is just too weird," Wally told her.


"Right, okay. You think you can help me?" Scarlett asked. God, this guy was calm. Strangely calm.

"Can have been elevation of pore water pressure by saturation of slope material?" Emi suggested, knowing about this stuff cause she liked thouse subjects in school.


"I can try," Deathstroke said. He took off his mask since, the girl was blind anyway. "You're struggling with your powers, right?"

"It's possible. The outskirts of Gotham were nothing but mines from back when Gotham was first founded with diamonds, gold, all that," Wally thought about it. "I just feel like there was more to it."


"N-No, I'm-I'm fine with my powers," Scarlett lied, not really wanting to talk about it.

"Well, I'll keep you updated," Emi said, smiling. "You wanna meet later?"


"I think the news are saying otherwise," Slade said, walking and sitting on a rock.

"Sure. I'm officially off probation from my parents and the League," Wally said, really relieved about it.


"Shut up! I didn't mean to-!" Scarlett gripped her fists. "Why do you want to help me!? Really!?"

"Lucky you," Emi chuckled, walking the rest of the way back home.


"Because I see what you can do. I know that was an accident. If you don't want it to happen again you need to control your powers," Slade said.

"Well, I'll call you when I'm on my way later, okay?" Wally said.


"I-I know..." Scarlett frowned. Should she take this man's word? He seemed to be telling the truth from what she could tell. "I don't even know your name."
