Thorin then shocked everyone when he broke ranks and ordered everyone and everything to wait. The Goblin king snickered. "Well, well, well! Look who it is! Thorin, son of Thrain, son of Thror, king under the mountain," he said as he gave Thorin a mock bow. Lexi sent daggers to the Goblin King.
"Oh! But I'm forgetting you don't have mountain, and you're not a king. Which makes you nobody really. I know someone who would pay a pretty price for your head. Just the head, nothing attached. Perhaps you know of whom I speak, an old enemy of yours. A pale orc astride a white warg." Lexi froze once more and saw that Thorin had froze too.
"Azog the Defiler was destroyed. He was slain in battle long ago," Thorin muttered. The Great Goblin King smiled before he said something that Lexi didn't register. Her mind was reeling. How was the White Orc alive?

No matter how annoyed the dwarfs were at the comments made they couldn't say anything without it making things worse. All some of them could do was look at there weapons.

The Goblin king started to sing this god-awful song and Lexi watched as strange contraptions were being pushed towards them.

Killi growled at he gobbling trying his hardest not to break the ranks from the others so that it doesn't put the princess at any more risk than she already is in.

A goblin had picked up Thorin's sword and unsheathed it. The next moments happened so quickly that Lexi barely registered what had happened. The next thing she knew was that she saw a white light and was trying to get back up when a booming voice commanded that they get up and take up arms. Lexi got straight and grabbed her sword and turned to see Gandalf.

Killi followed her grabbing his sward after seeing Gandalfs signal, some of the other hobbits did the same thing. "He hissed goblin killer when he picked up the sward". He told Lexi.
