A Cinderella Story is a 2004 American teen romantic comedy film. The film stars Hilary Duff, Jennifer Coolidge, Chad Michael Murray and Regina King and was directed by Mark Rosman.
Ten-year old Hilary Montgomery lives in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, with her widowed father Hal who runs a popular sports-themed diner. Hal soon marries a vain, self-absorbed woman named Fiona. Hal is killed when he runs to save Fiona. Supposedly he has left no will, so Fiona receives all of his belongings, including the house, the diner, and to her dismay, Hilary. Eight years later, eighteen-year old tomboy Hilary is employed as a worker at the diner to save money to attend Princeton, where she is tormented by Fiona and her dim-witted non-identical twin daughters. Before a school football game, Hilary confronts Chad about his cowardice and lies. Before the final play of the game, he sees Hilary making her way out of the stands, and finally faces up to his father that he wants to attend Princeton rather than simply play football all his life. He hands his helmet to his good friend, Ryan Henson, then chases after Hilary and apologizes. She accepts his apology and they share their first kiss as rain falls over the drought-plagued valley. Soon after, Hilary finds Hal's will hidden in her childhood fairytale book, stating that all of his belongings belong to her. Hilary sells her step-family's fancy cars so that she can pay for college, and Fiona, who signed the will as a witness but claims she never saw that will, is arrested after being chased through the front yard of what is now Hilary's house by the LAPD.

Another Cinderella Story is a 2008 romantic comedy film, directed by Damon Santostefano and starring Selena Gomez, Drew Seeley and Jane Lynch. The film was released direct-to-DVD by Warner Premiere on September 16, 2008. It is a thematic sequel to the 2004 film A Cinderella Story, reprising the themes and situations but not containing any characters from the original film.
Mary Santiago is the Cinderella character of the film. Her mother was a dancer and died when she was young. Dominique took her in. Dominique and her twin daughters made her their maid and treated her horribly. (NiaHearts)

Joey Parker is the Prince charming character. Joey is a famous pop star and is taking a break from being on tour, to finish high school. He falls in love with Mary after they dance.

Chad was getting ready for football practice, but had his thoughts on his "cinderella" he called "Princetongirl".

Natalia was still clingy with Joey. "Why don't we go and get some drinks after school?" she asked him.

Joey had eyes for his 'Cinderella' so, he'll just makeup an excuse and leave Natalia on purpose.

Sam was obeying Fiona's words by staying and work for her college intution money.

"You should really tell him that you were the one who danced with him, Mary." Tammy told Mary.

Sam didn't want to serve Austin's table of friends but, it just happen that the diner was busy so she had to help out. "What do you guys want to order?" she asked them.

"Um, do you have anything without carbs, fat, or sugar?" Shelby asked.
