Welcome new fairies one and all to Arcanix Academy! Here you will advance as fairies to gain not only a higher transformation, but a higher sense of self. Here at Arcanix we pride ourselves on our students' gaining knowledge on all they are and all they can be. You are expected to earn Magic Winx and Enchantix in this school and maybe even your own transformation! Any other transformation you wish to seek is optional.

You're in, Iva! To find your power, do this exercise:
Find a place where you can have a little peace and quiet so you can concentrate. Get into a comfortable position. It can be sitting at a desk, in a chair, or even laying or sitting on the floor. Just don’t get so comfortable that you fall asleep!

1) When you are comfortable, close your eyes and take five deep breaths; filling your lungs up slowly and slowly letting the air out.

2) Imagine that you are standing at the top of a stairway, and you can see seven steps going down. Each step is one of the colors of the rainbow. Start to imagine yourself walking down each of these steps, and as your foot hits the step, imagine the color surrounding you.

3) At the bottom of the steps you will see a heavy door. Open this door in your imagination. Walk through the door into the room that is behind it.

4) Imagine waiting in this room for an image of your special power source to appear. It may come to you in the form of a sound, you may feel what it is, or you may see what it is. Be patient. It might take a little while for your Winx to come to you.

5) Once you have seen or understand what your Winx is, you can go through the door you came in, and imagine yourself walking up the steps. When you feel ready, you can open your eyes, and slowly get up and start moving around. You may feel like jumping, or moving your arms, or anything that will get your circulation going again. Write down the details of what you saw and how you felt, so you will remember it later.
FIRST LESSON FOR FAIRIES THAT KNOW THEIR POWER AND PLANET
Write me 2-5 sentences on your power, what you can currently do with this power and any things you may wish to do with your power in the future.
Write me another 2-7 sentences on what you know about your planet and what else you wish to know about it. If your planet is from The Winx storyline, I ask that you only use the information from the show if you have no idea what your planet is really like. If you know about the planet and it is from Winx Club, please do a compare and contrast on what features of the planet differ from in the show.

FOR EARTH FAIRIES THAT KNOW THEIR POWER
Until we find your (possible) true planet, don't do the assignment. Do this assignment instead.
Get into a position you find comfortable and concentrate (meditate) on finding your home planet. Make sure you do this homework in a place that channels your element/power. If you are a fairy of the Shining Sun, try going somewhere where there is some sort of light. Continue concentrating and focusing and create a spell that allows you to discover your home planet. If you already know your home planet, make a spell that allows you to see your home planet.
